This app provides you with the most updated problem solving card text, all the Konami published rulings and previously published rulings on older cards. This information is stored on your phone so you can access all of it even if you are somewhere without Wi-Fi or internet access. We will update the app database (not the app itself) whenever a new set comes out or there is an official rulings change.
